Features of this group
Refugees and asylum seekers with complex psychotrauma can be found in all age brackets. Sometimes the younger clients have come to the Netherlands together with their parents, but Foundation Centrum ’45 also treats unaccompanied refugee minors. Often, it is impossible to view the complaints of children independently from those of their parents. It is for this reason that Foundation Centrum ’45 also treats families of refugees and asylum seekers as a unit.
