Care programmes
The different treatments at Foundation Centrum ’45 are all based on care programmes. These care programmes each describe the tailor-made treatment we offer specific groups of clients.
The care programmes also give detailed descriptions of the general characteristics of a specific target group, the (possible) psychological complaints and ways in which treatment objectives can be reached.
