This message will be updated when there are new developments
We all notice the consequences of the corona crisis. However, patients from ARQ Centrum'45 and ARQ Diagnostisch Centrum can continue to count on us and the psychological treatment continues. We try to do that as well as possible. We try to increase the treatment contacts at our locations, but the buildings have their limitations. That is why we ask for understanding of the necessary adjustments that we have to make. The guiding principle remains the RIVM guideline, to keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
Online treatment remains starting point for the time being
Due to the limitations of the building, we cannot provide patients with a complete treatment at our locations. This means that the treatment will consist of a combination of online treatment and treatment at our location. Online treatment remains the most important starting point for the time being.
Most patients already have an online environment (Quli) in which they can make video calls, and where e-health treatment modules can also be set up. We can continue their therapy via video calling or phonecall, possibly supplemented with e-health.
We will also conduct intakes of new patients online with video-calls as much as possible.
If in doubt, please contact us by telephone:
- patients in treatment can call their therapist
- referrers or new patients can call the Registration and Information Office (Monday - Thursday 9.00 tot 12.00 h: 088 – 330 5511)
We hope you understand these measures. Our care and actions are mainly aimed at preventing the further spread of the coronavirus.
