September 24th
From September 25th the following rules apply at our locations:

  • We will always continue to treat patients, even if they are not vaccinated, including vulnerable patients, but we would like to point out that in case of complaints, you should stay at home and have yourself tested
  • In case of doubt or concerns, we encourage to take protective measures - think of mouth caps
  • We ventilate very often and open windows and doors as much as possible
  • Specific rules about the 1.5 meters distance may apply at the locations
  • We do not use a corona check
  • We won't shake hands for the time being

Please note: specific rules apply at the clinic.

June, 25th
From June 26th you are no longer obliged to wear a 'mouth-nose mask' in public areas. However, the basic rules still apply: keep 1.5 meters distance, wash hands often, do not come to location in case of complaints and then have yourself tested. In connection with keeping distance, the restrictions in the building also continue to apply (such as the rules when getting coffee and tea). See this poster (link).

December 15th
Our treatment continues and does not change. However, it is important to observe all the measures (see below). Message for patients in de the clinic: you can only be admitted if you are wearing a mouth mask.

December 1st
From now on, in ARQ Centrum'45 patients and employees are obliged to wear a "mouth-nose mask" in public areas. This is according to the advice of the government.

This advice is additional to the known measures or guidelines (see below). Mouth masks are not needed in a therapy room, provided the other precautions are met, such as a 1.5 meter distance.

Would you please take your own mouth masks?
If you have any questions about the above, please ask your therapist.

October 6th

From now on, in ARQ Centrum'45 the urgent advice for patients and employees is to wear a "mouth-nose mask" in public areas. This is according to the advice of the government.

This advice is additional to the known measures or guidelines. Mouth masks are not needed in a therapy room, provided the other precautions are met, such as a 1.5 meter distance.

Would you please take your own mouth masks?
If you have any questions about the above, please ask your therapist.

September 22nd

The number of corona infections is rising and autumn is coming. That is why everyone is asked to keep the virus out of our buildings and to protect patients and employees as much as possible. Would you please follow the guidelines? See the poster (link). This means, among other things, that you may not stay in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes before the appointment. If you arrive earlier please wait outside or if you come with a car, in your car. We hope you understand these measures!

We all notice the consequences of the corona crisis. However, patients from ARQ Centrum'45 and ARQ Diagnostisch Centrum can continue to count on us and the psychological treatment continues. We try to do that as well as possible. We try to increase the treatment contacts at our locations,  but the buildings have their limitations. That is why we ask for understanding of the necessary adjustments that we have to make. The guiding principle remains the RIVM guideline, to keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.

Online treatment remains starting point for the time being

Due to the limitations of the building, we cannot provide patients with a complete treatment at our locations. This means that the treatment will consist of a combination of online treatment and treatment at our location. Online treatment remains the most important starting point for the time being.

Quli

Most patients already have an online environment (Quli) in which they can make video calls, and where e-health treatment modules can also be set up. We can continue their therapy via video calling or phonecall, possibly supplemented with e-health.

We will also conduct intakes of new patients online with video-calls as much as possible.

If in doubt, please contact us by telephone:

  • patients in treatment can call their therapist
  • referrers or new patients can call the Registration and Information Office (Monday - Thursday 9.00 tot 12.00 h: 088 – 330 5511)

We hope you understand these measures. Our care and actions are mainly aimed at preventing the further spread of the coronavirus.
